GPS is unique in that we function as a seven-person team with Permit Expediter, Permit Runners and Permit Schedulers. Our Team is passionate about delivering results and doing everything we can to exceed our clients’ expectations. This team approach streamlines the process and avoids wasted time and cost to our clients.
- The Permit Expediters stay in the office and focus on the coordination between the client, design team, contractor and municipalities. On large projects, they often act as 3rd party consultants.
- Permit Runners are experienced and well acquainted with the building department’s staff throughout South Florida municipalities and play a vital role “out in the field.”
- Our Permit Scheduler pays acute attention to ensuring the permit package is complete and scheduling the runners to ensure a smooth interaction with the municipality.
This team approach has established checks and balances and has proven over and over again to save time and money.
