Our Permit Expediters actively coordinate efforts with contractors, architects, engineers, owners and municipalities to ensure permits are expeditiously approved. They have considerable experience with a variety of construction projects and are experts in municipal and county permit requirements. Permit Expediters work in the office and research approval requirements, prepare documentation for submission to municipalities, monitor permits daily for plan review comments and approvals, coordinate the submission of corrections, revisions and as-builts, schedule inspections, assist with obtaining TCOs and COs and, most importantly, ensure that permits are timely obtained.  Permit Expediters also ensure that the Permit Runners have in office support to trouble shoot any unexpected difficulties while they are in the field.
